By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

All product purchases through our platform are subject to these Terms, including pricing, availability, and fulfillment policies outlined herein.

Subscription Services

To use our Website and purchase Products, you must meet the following requirements. Ornuva reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not satisfy these conditions.

Ornuva does not serve regions where our Products are restricted by local law. We reserve the right to block access from such jurisdictions.

Products & Services

We strive to display our Products accurately; however, certain limitations apply. Please review the following before making a purchase.

We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our Products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product images or descriptions are entirely error-free. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing batches, or natural ingredient characteristics. The information provided does not constitute a warranty of any kind.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. Promotional pricing and discount codes are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities per Order, per customer, or per household. In the event that an ordered Product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and offer a refund, substitution, or backorder option.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are subject to separate licensing terms. Physical products are shipped per our Shipping & Delivery terms. Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Subscription products auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Limited edition products are available while supplies last and are not subject to restocking. Subscription cancellations can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase. Order acceptance, payment processing, and related policies are outlined below.

Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to delay, investigate, or cancel Orders that exhibit suspicious patterns, including but not limited to: inconsistent billing/shipping addresses, unusually high order volumes, use of proxy or VPN services, or flagged payment methods.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Ornuva partners with reputable carriers but cannot be held liable for carrier delays.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Estimates

Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery ranges from 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delayed Shipments

Ornuva is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment status.

International Shipping

International Orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Ornuva is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15+ days (domestic) or 30+ days (international), contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement/refund.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, our return process is straightforward. Please review the eligibility criteria and steps below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

For defective or incorrect items, Ornuva covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
